O-1 Oil Hardening Flat Ground Stock Info Doc

O-1 Tool Steel is the original Oil Hardening tool steel. O-1 is a general purpose, non shrinking, tool steel that can be hardened to a Rockwell C65 range from a low temperature.

Commonly used for dies, guages, punches and applications where alloy steel cannot provide sufficient hardness O-1 is a popular tool steel that resists wear and abrasion.

Our sources for Precision Ground Flat Stock is unmatched in the industry.  Standard or Oversize in 18" and 36" lengths and 6' lengths are available in many fractional sizes. Please contact our Metal Technicians and let us go to work for you on any of your flat stock needs.
